Ananse Design Essentials accepts returns on defective or otherwise unwearable merchandise. I pride myself on creating quality handcrafted accessories. Contact me via email at email@example.com, if you have any questions regarding our merchandise prior to purchasing (i.e. size, color, etc) and I will be happy to assist you.
I do accept exchanges of similar products as long as the exchanged item is in-stock. Please follow the following process if you'd like to exchange an item.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request exchange authorization number (EA)
- Once you have received an EA and shipping instructions, send your original packing slip along with all items including any earring backs, findings, etc.
- All exchange requests must be received within 10 days of delivery.
- Please note that all sale and special order merchandise is final sale and non-exchangeable.
- Customer shall be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
- To ensure that your exchange is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided and use a carrier with whom you can track your goods to ensure they are received.
- Once we receive the goods, in their original condition, we will ship your new order or process an online credit for the exchange.
